In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, most items may be sent back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including: * Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines * Some health and personal care items, including intimate or sanitary goods * Hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases * Gift cards * Downloadable software products or other electronic downloads
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable): * Book with obvious signs of use * CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error * Any item that is received by us more than 30 days after delivery
Shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost, if any, will be deducted from your refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of the return.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
You must contact us prior to returning items to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your return must include the RMA# and a receipt or proof of purchase.
Package the item in its original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Address your package as follows, being sure to include the RMA# on the shipping label.

You assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our facilities. You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
